SUR Releases New Single "MIRACLE" Today!

SUR’s genre-fluid sounds can be heard on the SAVAGE BEAST EP featuring alt-rock jams “LEAN BACK” and “MAKE IT TO MORNING” to the soulfully, unique flows of “ONLY ROAD” and “STRANGE” . Delacey Releases Dreamy Love Song Today!

Diamond-certified & GRAMMY-nominated songwriter Delacey flexes her exquisite writing chops on the understatedly poignant “One Mississippi” . With a reference inspired by hide & seek, Delacey brings to life the anguish of two lovers’ experiencing turbulence and how time can seem to move so slowly when things aren’t right.. “The song initially came to be because of a story my co-writer told me about a song he made up to keep count playing hide and seek with his daughter, Ruthie. It happen to strike a chord with me because I was currently feeling very insecure about my relationship and we decided to tie in the idea of “keeping count” as a way of describing how slow the minutes pass for me when I’m feeling anxious and disconnected.. I usually need distractions of any kind. I suppose writing the song was one of them.” Alongside the song, she released a lyric video that really captures the mood. It felt really important to have a little nod to their story in one of my only love songs, and dedicate it to them”, says Anna about the track. Sometimes music can move people to do extraordinary things. Such is the case with Delacey’s song “Too Poor To Live In LA” from her 2020 debut album Black Coffee. Mack chimed in, “it was the best idea I ever had was to take this as literally as possible. I actually felt like my true self in that makeup! It was hard to spend 14 hours in a prosthetic, I couldn’t breathe through my nose and the contact lenses I wore hindered my vision but it was so much fun to run around with friends all day and make this memory.” The end result is a tail-wagging good time so sit back and watch this fun clip!
